While Kardashian family members shared a few photos on social media – others kept quiet including their stepfather, Travis Barker, 47, and mom, Kourtney, 44, as they have not shared a post publically.
Mason and Reign’s father, Scott Disick, 40, celebrated by getting a giant banner made out of shiny silver balloons that read: “Happy Birthday M&R!”
The Talentless founder captioned his post with: “Happy birthday boys! You make my life better everyday!”
Throughout the day, two more of Mason and Reign’s relatives shouted them out via Instagram.

‘THE LOVES OF MY HEART’
Kris Jenner, 68, shared a heartfelt message to her grandsons on Thursday.
The momager shared several photos of the two boys growing up including never-before-seen selfies and professional shots.
Her long caption read: “Happy birthday to my two amazing grandsons, Mason and Reign!!! What are the chances of having two grandsons with the same exact birthday?!?!?! !! You are two of the loves of my heart and I am so blessed that God chose me to be your grandma!!!
“We have the most precious memories together and I cherish every single one. Mason you are truly so special, kind, sweet, thoughtful, smart, talented, creative and have the best skills on a dirt bike!!

KHLO’S TRIBUTE
Khloe Kardashian, 39, never forgets anyone’s birthday and makes sure to show them extra love with her emotional social media tributes.
On her Instagram Stories, the Good American co-founder first shared a picture of Mason holding Khloe’s daughter, True Thompson, 5, when she was a baby.
“Happy birthday Mase,” she wrote, “How in the world are you 14 already?! True, Tatum, and I love you so much!”
The star also added two white heart emojis at the end of her sentence.
In the second slide, Khloe and her nephew wore onesies while posing in front of a Christmas tree.
In the next picture, Khloe shared a video of her and Reign from a throwback episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In it, a baby Reign stood on top of a piece of furniture and asked Khloe: “Is this leather?”
Khloe laughed and said: “That is leather.”
“Happy birthday Reigny,” she captioned the post.
In her final video, the TV personality uploaded a video of the two brothers laughing and having a good time with each other.
She said: “Brothers and best friends born on the very same day, I love you.”

Later on Thursday evening, Kim shared a photo of Mason with baby Reign on her Instagram Stories.
She captioned her post with: “These two!! Sharing a birthday as brothers can’t be easy but also could be so much fun! I love you so so so much Mason and Reign!”
Kendall, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 26, have yet to post anything about their nephews online.
