Jam Cruise has shared a breakdown of its daily lineups for the impending concert at sea, which leaves port from Miami on February 25 and returns on March 1. The floating festival boasts multiple stages, with many talented artists and acts anticipated throughout the event.
Day one, Feb. 25, will commence with a piano frame courtesy of Jordan Anderson, followed by the official sail-away toast and an hour-and-a-half-long set on the Pool Deck from Lettuce. Also gracing the evening schedule are Medeski Martin & Porter Ft. Aba Diop, moe., Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, and Eggy. After midnight, TAUK Moore Ft. The Horn Section, The New Mastersounds, Porter Jr., and Lebo will keep the boat dancing.
Music starts early on Day two, Feb. 26, starting at 12:30 p.m., with a set from The HillBenders and other afternoon entertainment courtesy of Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Al Schnier and Lebo. During the night, Jerry Harrison & Adrian Belew’s Remain in Light project will take over the Pantheon Theatre. Also on the list is a solo piano set from Medeski, Jimi’s Dead, Lotus, DJ Logic’s Birthday party and more.
The first half of Feb. 27 will be spent at the port, Montego Bay, Jamaica, with music resuming on the ship after 6:30 p.m. from Keller Willians, Steel Pulse, Cool Cool Cool, Cory Wong, TAUK, The Sweet Lillis, Ivan & Friends, Magic Beans, Krasno Moore Project, Dumpstaphunk, and a late-night offering from DJ Soul Sister.
Day four is another port day, arriving in Grand Cayman at 9 a.m. and departing at 5:30 p.m. Music picks up at 6 p.m., a la The New Mastersounds. Later on, more music will come from Everyone Orchestra, Galactic, Duane Betts & Cris Jacobs, and Shira Elias, in addition to a special Purple Party, paying tribute to the music of Prince.
