Dave Matthews Band have unveiled a packed list of spring/summer tour dates, slated to begin on Sunday, April 27, when the band participates in its already-announced New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Fest slot. The docket, shared today, maps the band’s concert appearances from the end of April until late August and represents a culmination of festival appearances and multi-night stands stretching from coast to coast and Canada.
Ahead, DMB intends to take part in springtime festivals, including Lovin’ Life Festival (May 4) and Boston Calling Festival (May 25); the events flank the band’s Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on May 25. Remaining in the Empire State, their next tour stop will bring the band through Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse, N.Y., on May 27, prior to an evening spent at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
The band will appear at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md., on May 31 before heading up the coast for a concert at NC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, N.J. Days later, the group will travel internationally to appear at Best of Blues & Rock Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, June 7-8. They will return nights later for the always-anticipated Northwell at Jones Beach Theater stand on June 11.
In Cincinnati, DMB will perform at Riverbend Music Center on June 13, ahead of another one-night stand at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Maryland Heights, Mo., which comes before a series of locational runs; Credit One Stadium (June 20-21), one-offs in Alabama and Georgia, before the group’s Chicago dates, June 27-28. They will perform one concert in Canada next when they arrive at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto.
From there, they’ll pick up a gig at Pine Knob Music Theatre ahead of their July 11-12 stand at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, Ind. A series of ensuing follow-ups presents the return of multi-night runs in specific cities, such as Richmond, Va. (July 15-16), Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (July 18-19), Gilford, N.H. (July 22-23), Camden, N.J. (July 25-26).
On the other coast, Dave Matthews and company will perform at the KIA Forum in Inglewood, Calif., before ascending to Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif., for a concert on Aug. 23. They will continue the good times on Aug. 26 during their appearance at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys in Stateline, Nev.
As is tradition, the band will conclude summer dates over three nights at the picturesque outdoor Gorge Amphitheatre in Quincy, Wash., referred to by fans as three days of Dave.
