Danielle is so devoted to fitness that she has made it her job. She shares her workouts and diet secrets on an Instagram page devoted to health. “I like to work out 2-3 times a week to keep onto top of my fitness and tone those areas like my arms, legs and booty 🍑 plus I love what a good session does for your mindset,” she said in an Instagram post. “I like to do cardio for 20 mins which will be the treadmill and then 45 mins of weights and resistance work,” she added to Women Fitness about her workouts.
Danielle uses her own before-and-afters to stay motivated. “The picture on the right I took at the gym last week. I’ve cut 42Ibs of body fat and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been. I feel proud of what I’ve achieved and it’s been so easy,” she wrote in one post. Another way she motivates herself is by partaking in challenges, sharing about them on social media. “Following a simple nutrition plan. I achieved results just sticking to the plan and with no exercise, however now gyms are back open I’ve loved getting back working out to tone my legs and booty,” she remarked.
Danielle maintains a healthy diet. “I love to make a salad for lunch, lots of people think salads are boring for lunch but that because they’re not putting love into it. I’ll make chicken & avocado with lettuce cucumber and I’ll add pomegranate with and like to experiment with adding different seeds making my own healthy salad dressing. I also have tuna and mixed seafood salads. For evening meals I love fish so lots of salmon fillets and sea bass with vegetables and sweet potato mash. I also love to make chicken and prawn stir fry,” she told Women Fitness.
Danielle likes to exercise first thing in the morning. Early Morning Workout,” she captioned this snap. “I forgot how good it feels when you actually put yourself through a good workout.”
Sporadic diet and exercise changes aren’t going to get you in great shape for the long haul, per Danielle. “This is a not a diet and definitely not a quick fix I’ve lost my baby weight healthy and over a good period of time,” she wrote in a post. “This is a lifestyle change and if you think the time is right for you please drop me a #DM and I will be more than happy to discuss the exact plan I followed.”
