With a new album set to be unveiled later this month, YG has given fans another single, complete with a straight-from-the-studio visual.
“Alone” will appear on YG’s I Got Issues, which is out Sept. 30. It follows the previously released album tracks “Toxic,” “Run,” and “Scared Money.”

I Got Issues will arrive just under two years after the release of YG’s most recent solo studio album, My Life 4Hunnid. The album opened at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart and was supported by a range of singles, including the protest track “FTP” featuring production by Larry Jayy and DJ Swish.
Speaking with Billboard this month, YG teased that “something for everybody” can be found on his latest album.
“I’m giving a piece of my life,” he told the outlet, as seen below. “I’m talking about what I’ve been going through, sitting in the crib for two years. It’s a good time, but it’s personal.”
As fans already know, YG has remained an active presence in music and beyond since he last rolled out a full-length. In December of last year, for example, he was among the artists with new music featured in the free GTA Online expansion The Contract. He’s also contributed his talent for a number of guest spots, including on Mozzy’s Survivor’s Guilt album in July.
