We’d bet the farm you won’t want to miss this one.
For the first time since 2013, Farm Aid is coming to Saratoga Springs, NY’s Broadview Stage at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Taking place Saturday, Sept. 21, the annual extravaganza will deliver country music, classic rock and a bit of soul along with family farm-identified, local and organic foods in an effort to benefit farmers.
And, as always, the festival has a great crop of farm-first headliners.
Big names taking the stage include Farm Aid board members and festival mainstays Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews (with Tim Reynolds).
They’ll be joined by special guests Mavis Staples, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lukas Nelson with The Travelin’ McCourys, Charley Crockett, Joy Oladokun and more.
“We’re energized to be back in New York,” Willie Nelson shared in a press release. “The farmers here have always found ways to innovate and contribute to their communities, even as they deal with uncertainties, extreme weather and policies that favor corporations over people. Farmers need us to stand with them as they work to grow our future.”
Fans can purchase tickets for Farm Aid on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale is Friday, July 26.
Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
