Hans Zimmer is a busy man.
In 2024 alone, the legendary composer lent his talents to NBC’s “The Americas,” Amazon’s “The Blue Angels,” Disney+’s “Jim Henson: Idea Man,” Fox’s “The Simpsons” and the Netflix film “Damsel.”
Yet, he somehow still the prolific two-time Oscar winner has found time to fit a ‘Hans Zimmer Live Tour’ in as well.
This September and October, the man who brought the scores for “The Dark Knight,” “Dune,” “Gladiator,” “Lion King” and “The Creator” to the world will play at arenas all over North America for his first live performances since 2017.
That includes a gig at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday, Sept. 12.
“I come from rock and roll and I believe in putting on a show,” the 66-year-old German shared in an interview with AP News. “People worked hard to pay for these tickets, so we better pull off a show that is absolutely worthy of them coming and seeing us.”
If you can’t wait to see what kind of show Zimmer has up his sleeve, tickets are still available for all of his upcoming 2024 concerts.
