Featuring 75 minutes of dancefloor anthems, Liquid Rose’s DJ set is a must-watch for any house music enthusiast.
If his latest DJ set is any indication, Liquid Rose is cementing himself as an exciting artist within the red-hot tech house scene.
What wasn’t so hot was the frigid climate in Vienna, where Rose set up shop last winter for his must-watch set. Itching to showcase his skills behind the decks as well as his eclectic selection of high-energy house tunes, the Pennsylvania-based producer performed a 75-minute DJ set live from a rooftop in Austria’s stunning capital.
Throughout the infectious set, which was filmed with a number of camera angles and aerial drone footage, Rose mixed original music with tracks from some of the electronic scene’s greatest. Underground gems and bangers from the likes of Gorgon City, DJ Snake, Walker & Royce and Dale Howard grace the tracklist, while tracks like Yungness and Jaminn’s “Take It Off” and Novak’s bootleg remix of “Rumble” introduce an exciting and fresh direction.

Liquid Rose kicked off his career back in 2020 with his debut single “Ghost Town,” and draws influence from house music stars such as Chris Lake, Chris Lorenzo and Tchami. His combination of tech house’s grooves and bass house’s grittiness has earned him an abundance of praise, most recently from The Deepshakerz and BBC Radio 1’s Jeremiah Asiamah, who supported his latest single, “Tribal Bullet.”
Rose has plans to start his own label in the future, and is gearing up for a big 2023 with releases lined up on Hood Politics, Happy Techno and Baikonur Recordings, among other imprints.
