MOAs in MOA is finally happening!
After a long wait, K-pop boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) is set to make their debut in the Philippine concert scene with a two-night show at the Mall of Asia Arena on October 27 and 28.
What makes the Manila shows even more special is that they’re going to be the group’s last stop of their months-long world tour. And as we anticipate a remarkable show both for the artists and the fans, we’ve listed down some TXT songs we can’t wait to finally hear live:
‘Crown’
What better way to start this list than with their debut track? “CROWN” introduced us to a TXT full of youthful charm. This energetic synth-pop bop was a great way to kick off their career.
The colorful visuals and playful choreography also added more character to the song, and we’re so excited to see it be brought to life during the concert.
‘9 and Three Quarters – Run Away’
TXT follows a lore that keeps MOAs on their feet – constantly theorizing what the group’s music and visual releases mean.
Among their releases with this creative storyline, “9 and Three Quarters – Run Away” is perhaps one of our favorites. The melody is incredibly catchy and gives enough space for members to showcase their bright, clear timbres.
The track was also paired with a whimsical video that has references to the Harry Potter universe, giving more color to the overall theme of the track.
‘0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)’
The group’s first foray into the rock and alternative genre, “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” sees TXT with a more intense sound that highlights the members’ vocal versatility. The instrumentation is heavy throughout, but it’s complemented well by the members’ singing, as well as the feature from singer-songwriter Seori.
‘Blue Hour’
One of our personal favorites, “Blue Hour” has a fun vibe that grows more addictive every time you hear it. This upbeat pop track fits in perfectly with TXT’s energy, which was made more apparent by the energetic choreography (with an emphasis on that dance break!).
‘Good Boy Gone Bad’
TXT amped up their emo influences when they moved into darker territory with “Good Boy Gone Bad.” The aggressive beat and explosive chorus results in an angsty texture overall.
‘Anti-Romantic’
An R&B-infused soft ballad, “Anti-Romantic” highlights the members’ beautiful harmonization.
Its soft and dreamy melody and highly-addictive chorus quickly resonated with fans, even inspiring a viral dance craze on social media despite its being a B-side.
‘MOA DIARY (Dubaddu Wari Wari)’
“MOA DIARY (Dubaddu Wari Wari)” holds a special place in every MOA’s heart as this is the first song that TXT dedicated to their beloved fans. It’s cute, refreshing, and perfectly encapsulates the group’s charms.
The choreography is also easy for anyone to follow – and we can already see ourselves dancing along when the group performs this for the concert.
