Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian have reportedly rented out a castle in Italy as part of the ongoing celebration of their marriage.
Per an inadvertently Take Off Your Pants and Jacket-highlighting report from TMZ, the chosen castle is the historic Castello Brown in Portofino. According to the space’s official site, it’s favored for weddings and other events—including conventions, conferences, art exhibitions, and more—due to its historic nature and its facilitation of breathtaking views of the water.
TMZ reported on Friday that Kravis will exchange vows in front of a group of family and friends. Among the reported guests are Kourtney’s children and sisters, Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, and a few “close friends.” For those who spend time wondering about things like whether or not Scott Disick will show up, Friday’s report states he was indeed not invited to the celebration.
Barker, meanwhile, will also have his children in attendance, as well as a group of friends said to include a few bandmates. Though the report doesn’t specify that last part any further, Barker’s close friend and blink-182 collaborator Mark Hoppus has been spotted in Milan in recent days.
Another celebratory gathering is said to be taking place in the Los Angeles area soon. As previously reported, the couple—who recently appeared together in an Architectural Digest house tour video—confirmed they had been formally married in separate Instagram updates this month. “Till death do us part,” both of their captions read.
Meanwhile, Box Car Racer—Barker’s one-off project with blink co-founder Tom DeLonge—this year celebrates the 20th anniversary of its lone album. At varying points in the lead-up to the album’s anniversary (which technically falls on May 21), both DeLonge and Barker have suggested that fans could soon be getting their hands on a previously unreleased BCR track. At the time of this writing, however, no firm plans on such a release had been announced.
In the meantime, consider adding the following BCR entry to your own wedding playlists.
