Featuring Elias Sahlin and Vide Willemark, tibia has officially entered the music scene with their debut single, ‘Two Weeks of Gloria.’
Infused with garage-rock and indie-pop elements, Tibia balances nostalgia with a refreshing modern twist. The track’s lyrics navigate the allure of a hedonistic lifestyle while subtly appreciating the simple beauty of a calmer existence.
Regarding their debut, tibia states:
“‘Two Weeks of Gloria’ is the first song we ever wrote together, so it’s our very first love child. The song is about a lifestyle where you keep making mistakes but also kind of deal with them. A really late night can also be seen as a rise-and-grind kind of morning if you just keep going, you know. We both tend to sweep through periods that can seem a bit rough from the outside, but one man’s trash is another man’s heaven.”
‘Two Weeks of Gloria’ is out now.
Live dates:
8/10 Way Out West Festival – Gothenburg, Sweden
8/14 Pelago – Stockholm, Sweden
