The Killers have released their first new music of 2024. The upbeat song, titled “Bright Lights,” arrives as the band gears up for their Las Vegas residency celebrating 20 years of Hot Fuss.
“Bright Lights” is a big, arena-ready song, offering a celebratory chorus centered on homecoming. All four of the band’s original members — Brandon Flowers, Dave Keuning, Mark Stoermer, and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. — appear on the recording.
Starting next week, all four performers will take the stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace for “The Killers Live in Las Vegas: 20 Years of Hot Fuss.” The landmark album passed the two-decade mark earlier this summer, and The Killers will be delivering Hot Fuss from start to finish during the Vegas performances for the first time ever over the course of a 10-night residency. Earlier this summer, the band made headlines for pausing their London concert to watch England win the Euro semi-final. In an incredible feat of planning, the winning moment was timed to cue confetti as the band launched into “Mr. Brightside.”
