Sound Credit

Sound Credit has brought on former Warner Music and Pandora exec Tony Brooke as president.

Warner Music APAC

PCCW vet Lo Ting-Fai (aka Lofai) is set to begin as president of Warner Music APAC on August 11th.

Additionally, the overarching Warner Music has announced fresh staffing shifts at 10K and Atlantic.

Pophouse Entertainment

With Oak View Group International president Jessica Koravos set to join as CEO in January 2026, Pophouse has now promoted commercial director Jon Spalding to chief commercial officer.

Futureshirts

Self-described “independent entertainment merchandising company” Futureshirts has upped Matt Pih, who’s been with the company since 2019, to partner and president.

MCA

Music Corporation of America has welcomed Apple and Borman vet Sarah D’Hilly (SVP of digital marketing and strategy) as well as Interscope marketing manager Brad Krause (senior director of digital strategy).

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has announced two hires and a pair of promotions. On the former front, Erin Osmon has come aboard as writer-editor, with Heather Reed joining as facilities director.

Regarding promotions, four-year team member Marie Bradshaw has been elevated to director of institutional giving, while marketing manager Crystal Mann has been boosted to associate director of revenue marketing.

Symphonic

Symphonic Distribution has named Ed Poston (previously with Concord and Creative Titans Music) head of A&R.

Peermusic

Peermusic has tapped former Hipgnosis Songs Group EVP Jamie Cerreta to serve as president, U.S. and Canada.

AWAL

AWAL has promoted longtime exec Matt Riley from MD to president and bumped SVPs Victoria Needs and Sam Potts, the latter two of whom joined Sony Music well before its AWAL acquisition, to co-managing directors.

Kobalt

Kobalt has upped Derek Cournoyer from VP to SVP of global digital business.

Duolingo

With an eye on music-instruction gamification, Duolingo has “acqui-hired” the team behind Beatstar creator NextBeat.

Big Machine Label Group

After nearly 11 years with Big Machine, Nicole Flammia has been upped from VP to SVP of creative video and photo production.

Dynamic Talent International

Dynamic has added three professionals to its team: junior agent Tim Fogg, agent Gemma Milroy (formerly with International Talent Booking), and senior agent Chris Swartz.
