Everybody’s favorite dad rock (?) band Limp Bizkit have dropped a new, AI-powered video for the track “Turn It Up, Bitch.” Watch the madness below.
Taken from their most recent album, 2021’s Still Sucks, “Turn It Up, Bitch” leans heavy on Limp Bizkit’s hip-hop influences, with a prominent, repeating baseline and boom-bop-esque drums. To accompany such a vibe, the band offers up two-and-a-half minutes of glossy, unsettling AI-generated images straight from the bottom of the uncanny valley.
The video isn’t the first time the nu-metal outfit has dipped their toes into the somewhat controversial waters of artificial intelligence. In 2023, they unveiled a video for the cut “Out of Style” that featured deep fakes of various world leaders, including Joe Biden, Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong-Un.
Limp Bizkit have kept fairly busy since dropping their comeback record Still Sucks. They’ve made their way through the festival circuit and back, charted several tours, and frontman Fred Durst even scored a role in this year’s highly acclaimed film I Saw the TV Glow.
The band also has a co-headlining tour with Corey Feldman launching on July 16th. The duo is set to bring along special guests Bones, N8NOFACE, and host Riff Raff. Grab tickets here.
