Ice-T came to the defense of his wife Coco Austin after someone on Twitter criticized the dress she wore at the Grammys earlier this month.
Maureen McCall posted a tweet last week where she complimented Adele for looking “fabulous” at the Grammys before describing her as “classy” when the singer was “heavier.” McCall then took aim at Coco because she was “wrapped in a dress 3 sizes too small.”
Ice-T caught wind of the tweet, and delivered a quick response.
He continued to go on the offensive by taking a page out of McCall’s book and commenting on someone else’s looks…with a bit of sarcasm.
Ice-T concluded by making it clear that his intention has always been to retaliate when necessary.
Ice-T has never been afraid to engage with people on Twitter. Last year, he fired back at a troll who “called him a “disgrace to gangsta rap” because he “sold the culture out for the TV check,” in reference to starring in the long-running series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also defended Coco after she was met with negativity for saying she was still breastfeeding their then five-year-old daughter Chanel.
