Coachella is happening this weekend and YouTube is delivering the full festival—both weekends—live. Here’s how to watch your favorite artists.

YouTube’s live stream for the festival begins Friday, April 11 at 4 pm PT / 7 pm ET. The official Coachella YouTube channel will feature notifications and a full schedule of the livestream closer to the festival’s start date. Viewers can also download the new Coachella Livestream app for both Android and iOS to build their own schedule, see who is live on any stage, and go deep into artist videos and YouTube Shorts.

This year YouTube is offering live music fans the ability to dive deeper into Coachella with new experiences. Their new ‘Watch With’ feature allows creators to react to live events with commentary and real-time actions, giving fans the ability to watch alongside their favorite creators. Livestreams will be available on the creators’ channels on mobile, desktop, and TV.

Meanwhile, YouTube will also offer multiview, allowing live music fans to watch up to four stages simultaneously right through the YouTube app. Fans can toggle audio between the feeds—ensuring fans catch their favorite performances even if they’re slotted at the same time.

YouTube Shorts will offer live DJ sets straight from the Quasar Stage in the feed for both Coachella weekends. And YouTube Shopping is making it easier than ever to buy festival merch while enjoying the show from the comfort of your couch. Official merchandise from Coachella from over a dozen artists will be available on both mobile, desktop, and TV. Simply clicking the ‘shopping’ button and scanning the QR code provided will showcase artist merch.

YouTube is also giving top creators unique access to the festival grounds for a glimpse into the Coachella experience off-stage. They will stream live from Coachella to their YouTube channels, offering their subscribers a behind-the-scenes look at the action. Artist interviews, fun commentary, and an exclusive peek into Coachella from a creator’s point of view will be available—though YouTube has not yet announced the creators participating.

YouTube Music is also rolling out Coachella playlists across genres including hip-hop and electronic music—alongside stage playlists rolling out in the countdown to the festival. Coachella weekend one appears sold out, though general admission tickets are still available for weekend two.
