How to get cheap tickets to see Patti LuPone in 2023

One of Broadway’s all-time greats may be coming to a stage near you.

Patti LuPone, 73, has nine huge shows remaining on her ongoing ‘Don’t Monkey With Broadway Tour’ all over the U.S.

That includes two stops in the Garden State followed by a pair in New York.

First, the three-time Tony winner will belt standards by Richard Rodgers, Stephen Sondheim, Leonard Bernstein, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin and more at Englewood, NJ’s Bergen Performing Arts Center on Thursday, March 23.

Then, on March 25, she’ll perform at New Brunswick’s State Theatre.

Come summer time, the tour will drop into Poughkeepsie’s Bardavon Opera House on June 17.

For those willing to wait over a year, you can see the show in Manhattan — ‘Don’t Monkey With Broadway’ is scheduled for a night at Carnegie Hall on April 8, 2024.

And the best news of all is you won’t have to pay Broadway-like prices to see LuPone live on the road.

At the time of publication, we found some seats going for as low as $58 before fees on Vivid Seats.

So, if you want to see LuPone deliver what Front Row Reviewers called “autobiographical snippets (and) powerful song(s)” live, here’s everything you need to know.

Patti LuPone recent appearances

On New Year’s Eve, the legendary stage songstress joined Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper on their live CNN broadcast.

In a now infamous interview, the always unpredictable LuPone dropped an impromptu “F” bomb while playing the tongue in cheek game “Does Patti give a damn?”

You can see video of the unhinged moment below.

As for upcoming projects, you can see LuPone in the “Wandavision” Marvel spinoff series “Agatha: Coven of Chaos” with Kathryn Hahn and Aubrey Plaza soon.

She’s also set to appear in Ari Aster’s horror comedy “Beau Is Afraid” alongside Joaquin Phoenix, Parker Posey, Amy Ryan, Richard Kind and Nathan Lane. The film is set for release on April 21.

Patti LuPone setlist

LuPone’s show features songs from a handful of the greatest songwriters of all time.

On top of the aforementioned legends, she also sings numbers by Lorenz Hart, Jule Styne, Stephen Schwartz and Charles Strouse.

And, yes.

She does sing “Meadowlark.”
