London-based singer-songwriter Hohnen Ford has released her second single, “Send Me A Sign” and announces her debut EP Infinity. Set for release on October 28 via Young Poet, the debut EP was written and produced by Hohnen Ford and was mixed by Tom Carmichael (Matt Maltese, Porridge Radio, Wu-Lu).
As for the single, ‘Send Me A Sign’ is a fresh, delicate, and introspective track that features Hohnen’s powerful voice. The track couples Hohnen’s smart lyrical style with fragile piano arrangements.
Speaking more on the lyrical inspiration of the new single Hohnen Ford said:
“I wrote tens of verses for this song, examples of things I felt/ feel useless at – like getting things right. I’ve always felt so messy in love and life, this is a reflection of the rollercoaster that is being in your early twenties.”
Hohnen Ford’s debut EP Infinity is out October 28 via Young Poet. Her new single ‘Send Me A Sign’ is out now.
