For New Yorkers, Christmas means a few different things.
Obviously, there’s the tree in Rockefeller Center. Then, you can’t miss the FAO Schwartz toy store. Of course, no season is complete without a visit to the Christmas markets that litter the city.
However, nothing says New York City Christmas quite like the Rockettes’ Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
From Nov. 18 through Jan. 2, the legendary precision dance company will perform a whopping 180 shows at Radio City Music Hall in midtown New York.
That means 180 opportunities to see the world-famous dancers high kick, tap and bring their classic Wooden Soldier routine to life.
There’s only one problem.

Rockettes Hallmark Channel movie “A Holiday Spectacular”
If Rockettes content is your jam, you’ve come to the right place.
On top of the daily Radio City performances, you can also catch the Rockettes in the new Hallmark period piece “A Holiday Spectacular,” set in 1958 New York.
The film stars Ginna Claire Mason (who you may know from “Wicked” on Broadway) as Maggie, an aspiring dancer and heiress who gives it all up to become a Rockette — even against her stern mother’s wishes — hits the network and streaming service Peacock on Nov. 27.
Rounding out the cast are Ann-Margret (“Bye Bye Birdie”), Eve Plumb (CBS’ “Blue Bloods”) and Derek Klena (“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”).
A 90-second clip from the film can be seen below.
