Fred again.. has announced his new album, ten days, out September 6th via Atlantic Records. The vinyl release will follow on October 25th.
The project features contributions from Anderson .Paak, The Japanese House, Four Tet, Obongjayar, and Sampha. Other features include Emmylou Harris, CHIKA, Skrillex, SOAK, and Jozzy. See the full tracklist below.
In a statement, Fred again.. said the songs are about “very small quiet intimate moments.” He continued, “Some of them are like the most intensely joyful things I have felt, and some of them are the other side of things. And some days I don’t want to speak about loads cos I’m not the only person it was an important day for if that makes sense.”
Thus far, Fred again.. has previewed the album with three singles: the Obongjayar-assisted “adore u,” “ten” featuring Jozzy and Jim Legxacy, and “places to be” with Anderson .Paak and CHIKA. Pre-orders are ongoing.
