Dude, this new Two Shell drop rocks.
Last month, Two Shell teased something “extraordinary” and “epic” in a teaser on their Instagram. In the video, fans heard a computerized voice consistently reinforcing the idea that the mysterious electronic music duo were about to drop something that will change the world forever.
After building anticipation, Two Shell, who are renowned for their unique fusion of hyperpop and techno, finally let the world exhale and revealed their grandest creation to date: a rock.
On the duo’s Bandcamp is a merch page for the must-have product of the season, a “Boring Rock.” After its initial listing at a much more modest price, the cost increased to £700 at the time of writing, with only two left in stock.
Spoiler alert: it’s much more than just a rock. After fans finally received their “boring rocks,” they began to share images of the contents inside. They contained a USB drive, which contains over 20 tracks, according to reporting by The Independent.
