Sad times like these.
The Foo Fighters have canceled their scheduled appearance at the Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“Foo Fighters will no longer be appearing at this weekend’s Soundside Music Festival. Please check the festival website for more information,” the band wrote in an Instagram statement Thursday.
The group was supposed to headline day two of the festival.
On Thursday, the band was listed as one of the performers alongside Jack White, Greta Van Fleet, Bleachers, Norah Jones and Teddy Swims, among others. By late afternoon, the Foo Fighters was erased from the festival’s official website.
The news comes after Grohl revealed that he cheated on his wife, Jordyn Blum, and welcomed a daughter outside of his marriage.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” Grohl wrote via Instagram on Sept 10. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
Earlier this month, an insider exclusively told The Post that some believe Blum may have known about his infidelity long before he came clean, but perhaps not to the extent of it.
The source noted that close friends feel “sorry” for the actress, calling her a “nice, wonderful woman.”
“Dave’s flirty behavior has been a hurdle in their marriage. It’s been hurtful to Jordyn,” insiders told People.
“We keep reading over and over again how heartbroken everyone is because Dave was supposed to be the ‘good guy,’ the rock star that didn’t have to do those rock star things,” the source claimed. “And people are crazy about the guy, but there is a rock star side.”
Grohl and Blum already share three daughters with Jordyn: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
In exclusive photos obtained by The Post, Blum was spotted in Los Angeles on Sept. 17 leaving a tennis lesson without her wedding ring. She was with the couple’s LA-based tennis instructor, Chris Crabb.
After Grohl’s bombshell news, speculation swirled that the musician was jealous of Blum and Crabb’s professional relationship. However, a source denied those claims.
“There’s nothing going on with her tennis instructor,” a source told the Post.
In fact, Crabb is married and posted a video of them on the court together in 2022. He tied the knot with wife Olya in August 2023.
