Coi Leray Blasts Latto For Referencing Her on New Song

In a series of tweets, Coi Leray called out Latto for referencing her on her new single “Put It On Da Floor.”

“Latto bye,” she wrote shortly after “Put It On Da Floor” debuted on streaming services. “Here you go taking [sic] about my body. Please do not come on here and talk about nobody BODY. Lol like seriously. Out of all things. Lmaooo ya blunt my size? Lmaooo this shit is never ending.”

On the newly released track, Latto references Leray directly in the opening of her second verse. “Smokin’ on that gas, blunt big as Coi Leray,” she raps. “Bitches like to run their mouths but I’m the type to run the fade.”

It’s clear that Leray didn’t take too kindly to the reference. “These bitches wanna be like the n****s so bad,” she continued. “Y’all wanna have rap beef SOOOOOO BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD 😂😂😂😅😅 … LITTLE MISS PRESSURE.”

Leray went on to accuse Latto of being jealous of her figure. “Anybody that talk about my body wants MY BODY!!!!!!!!!!!! Like real badddddd,” she wrote. “If you don’t like me, support me or fwm don’t mention my name. Period. Shit don’t make sense. I don’t know none of you bitches in real life. Stay in y’all lane and leave me outta the bullshit. I be minding my business and showing real love offline.”

The reference to Leray on “Put It On Da Floor” comes less than a week after Latto debuted the song at Coachella and sparked speculation that she’s dissing Nicki Minaj in the lyrics. “Bitches acting like they running shit, they really ran through,” Latto raps in the clip, which is of her performing a currently unreleased song. “She thought I would kiss her ass, she mustn’t have took her meds. … Say she got a problem, imaginary smoke/Bitch, you said it’s up, then put on the floor.”
