Clipse Announce First New Album in 15 Years, Let God Sort Em Out

Hip-hop duo Clipse have finally announced Let God Sort Em Out, their first new album in 15 years. The long-awaited project is set for release on July 11th in partnership with Roc Nation, and will be previewed by lead single, “Ace Trumpets,” dropping tonight at 12:00 a.m. ET.

As brothers Pusha T and Malice revealed in an interview last year, Let God Sort Em Out was produced entirely by Pharrell Williams. According to a press release, Williams provided a “sparse, kinetic sonic backdrop” for the duo’s “vivid, venomous tales of street enterprise.” The artwork was designed by artist and designer Kaws, who previously created the cover art for Clipse’s most recent album, 2009’s Til the Casket Drops. See it below.

The tracklist hasn’t been revealed yet, but it promises to feature “an all-star team comprised of longtime collaborators, as well as exciting new partners.” Last June, Pusha T teased potential appearances from Nas, Stove God Cooks, and John Legend. Pre-orders for the album are ongoing.
