Cher's son Elijah Blue Allman's wife files for divorce after 11 years

Do you believe in life after love?

Elijah Blue Allman’s wife has filed for divorce from the music scion following her claims that the Grammy winner orchestrated to have him kidnapped.

Marieangela King filed for a dissolution of marriage from Cher and Gregg Allman’s son on Tuesday, April 8. She cited irreconcilable differences and marked their date of separation as March 31, 2025, according to the divorce filing obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.

King is requesting $6K per month in temporary spousal support, per the documents, and the family vehicle: a 2017 Toyota Prius.

However, she’s willing to bargain.

King noted that if Allman, 48, chooses to keep the car, she will require “an additional $2,000 one-time payment and $500 per month in spousal support” to “acquire a vehicle for her use.”

King also reportedly requested that Cher’s son pay for her attorney fees.

“We had a beautiful 13-year journey, filled with memories I’ll always cherish,” she told People in a statement after her divorce filing. “I know we’ll remain friends, and Elijah will always hold a special place in my heart.”

She added, “As we turn the page to this next chapter, we kindly ask for privacy and truly appreciate your understanding.”

This isn’t the first time one of them has pulled the plug on their marriage.

Allman filed for divorce from his wife in November 2021; however, Cher’s son requested that the divorce filing be dismissed on January 2, 2024 — and the judge obliged the following month.

The dismissal request also had a loophole because it was dismissed “without prejudice,” meaning that the divorce case could be reopened in the future if either of them decided to end their marriage again.

King fought tooth and nail with the “Believe” singer after Cher filed for conservatorship over Allman in 2023, even accusing the superstar of orchestrating his alleged kidnapping.

In the filing, Cher claimed her son was “substantially unable to manage his own financial resources due to severe mental health and substance abuse issues” and accused King of not supporting his attempts at recovery.

Her filing came after King accused Cher of allegedly hiring four men to kidnap Allman and send him to a rehab facility against his will.

The “Strong Enough” singer denied all allegations of kidnapping, telling The Post at the time, “I didn’t do it, and if I did it, I wouldn’t say I did it.”

Cher dismissed the conservatorship case in September 2024.

Allman married King in December 2013.

The pair have no kids, so the only custody battle will likely be over their Toyota.
