BMG
Though originally set to depart BMG at 2023’s end, CEO Hartwig Masuch will now be succeeded by his previously announced replacement, CFO Thomas Coesfeld, on July 1st.
Masuch is “leaving BMG and Bertelsmann at his own request and on the best of mutual terms,” citing “personal plans for the future,” according to his employer. Additionally, Bertelsmann/RTL exec Mathis Wolter will replace Coesfeld as CFO.
Chrysalis Records/Blue Raincoat Music
Reservoir’s Chrysalis/Blue Raincoat has named Donna Vergier (who’s spent about one year as the company’s “freelance international consultant”) VP of international marketing.
LiveCo
LiveCo has brought on ASM Global vet Steve Tadlock as SVP of venue relations and promoted Mark Dinerstein (who’s been with the business since its 2021 founding) from EVP to president of the live entertainment company’s newly formed corporate development group.

Ineffable Records has hired roughly nine-year Pandora music programmer and curator Diego Herrera as director of business development.
Hallwood Media
Neil Jacobson’s Hallwood Media has elevated 2wenty 2wenty vet Danny Berkeley-Scott to VP of management.
Warner Chappell UK
Warner Chappell UK has upped Amber Davis to SVP – a role she’ll fill while continuing as the publisher’s head of A&R.
Elektra Entertainment
Warner Music’s Elektra has promoted three employees: Chris Brown is now EVP of Elektra and co-head of Roadrunner Records, whereas Katie Robinson has become Elektra’s head of marketing.
Rounding out the promotions, Johnny Minardi is officially head of Fueled by Ramen, co-head of Roadrunner, and SVP of A&R for Elektra.
musicFIRST Coalition
musicFIRST has tapped Mark Pryor (previously a U.S. senator) and Will Moschella (formerly a principal associate deputy attorney general) to serve as co-chairmen.

More than 40-year Atlantic Records team member Andrea Ganis, who in 2019 became the label’s first president of promotion, has announced plans to exit the WMG subsidiary.
