Billy Strings is having a big year for live performances. Beyond hitting the road for spring and summer tours, plus tagging along for Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival, he’s now announced fall 2024 tour dates, as well as his very first live album, Billy Strings – Live Vol. 1.
The new tour dates will see Strings play shows in cities like Indianapolis, Baltimore, Memphis, and more, before wrapping with a two-night run in Austin, Texas in December. Prior to that, he’ll finish out his previously-announced summer tour dates, including a joint performance with Chris Thile at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in June.

Tickets for the new dates will first become available via an artist pre-sale opening on Wednesday, June 12th at 10:00 a.m. local (sign up here), followed by a Ticketmaster pre-sale for select dates at Thursday, June 13th (use access code SOUNDCHECK). The general on-sale will then open via Ticketmaster on Friday, June 14th at 10:00 a.m. local. Fans can look for deals or get tickets to sold out shows via StubHub, where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program.

As for Billy Strings – Live Vol. 1, the live album is due on July 12th via Reprise Records, and will arrive in digital, CD, and vinyl formats, including a number of special-edition colored vinyl (pre-orders are ongoing). The tracklist for the album, though, is being kept secret for now — beginning July 1st, fans will have the chance to try to guess the tracklist, with winners being rewarded with free Strings tickets for life “and more.” Read more details on Strings’ website.
