“Pretty Hurts” might be more than a hit song title.
Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour kicked off Wednesday in Stockholm, Sweden, and fans noticed a lack of dance moves — sparking rumors that the singer got foot surgery.
The 41-year-old music icon is known for her beyond energetic performances and powerful dance moves, so fans were confused to see her holding back during the first of her 53-show tour.
Beyoncé noticeably took more breaks and started out the show with a series of slower songs that wouldn’t require much dancing.
Rumors that the “Cuff It” singer underwent a secret foot surgery started when Beyoncé performed at Atlantis the Royal opening in Dubai.
Garrick Kennedy, author of the Whitney Houston tell-all “Didn’t We Almost Have it All,” attended the show and might have accidentally slipped that the singer got foot surgery.
“That voice is [sic] just gets better and better. Mama was doing her good singing. Mind blowing to see her and Blue Ivy perform together. Even more in awe to hear she did this after foot surgery,” Kennedy wrote in a since-deleted tweet.
Fans quickly started to speculate that the “Love On Top” singer was now recovering from an injury.
“Beyoncé ain’t moving,” one fan noticed. “her foot and leg must still be mash up.”
“Fantastic opening night. Visually and conceptually her best tour to date. Vocals were moisturized. We gon’ continue praying for your foot, mother @beyonce, but what a great creative spectacle,” another wrote.
“Beyoncé can take my foot I don’t need it fr,” someone offered.
“I think Beyoncé foot still not working … she ain’t dance yet,” one person pointed out.
“Yea … there is something DEFINITELY wrong with Beyoncé’s foot. She isn’t moving or dancing as much as she usually does. She still performing her ass off though,” another said.
“I might get into a religion just to pray for Beyoncé and her foot because there’s no way. I can see her trying not to go too hard,” a fan shared.
The Post has reached out to the singer’s reps for comment about the resurfaced rumors.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé has neither confirmed nor denied whether or not she got foot surgery, and it’s unknown what the injury was, what kind of surgery she had or what the recovery time is like.
In lieu of over-the-top dance moves, Beyoncé wowed the audience with over-the-top outfit changes — including many custom bodysuits.
But one bodysuit in particular that the internet couldn’t get enough of: the “hands-on” bodysuit by Spanish label Loewe.
The sheer crystal one-piece featured strategically placed hand designs with long red nails. Two hands reached up Beyoncé’s legs, two were on her backside and two covered more private parts of her body.
“That Loewe bodysuit Beyoncé is wearing will be in history books,” one fan suggested.
Elsewhere in the show, the Grammy-winning singer paid tribute to Britney Spears, sampling the 2003 hit “Toxic” during her performance of the song “Thique” from her chart-topping 2022 album “Renaissance.”
Other fans noticed at the ending of the concert when Beyoncé was suspended from the ceiling and flew across the stadium, she appeared to be channeling a moment from the “SpongeBob SquarePants Movie,” in which the animated animal performed his own song, “I’m a Goofy Goober” — even putting together side-by-side images of the two moments on the social media platform.
The North American part of her world tour will kick off on July 8 in Toronto, and she will tour the US for 29 stadium shows — including two shows in New York City on July 29 and July 30 at East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium.
The setlist for the three-hour show features a total of 36 songs – including her classic hits “Crazy in Love” and “Run the World (Girls)” as well as newer songs like “Cuff It” and “Virgo’s Groove.”
