The 180-degree concert experience is created explicitly for VR, taking viewers on a career retrospective of some of Balvin’s greatest hits, including “La Canción,” “I Like It,” “No Me Conoce,” “Mi Gente,” and many more.
“I’m always looking for new and innovative ways to expand access to art, and the VR space is one with limitless opportunity,” says J Balvin. “The whole show has a futuristic vibe, including some crazy robots twice my size. It will be one of my wildest shows ever, and I’m grateful to Meta and iHeart for the unique collaboration and the platform to explore my passion for technology in a way that allows my fans to experience my music together in a different way.”
One of the highest-selling Latin performers in the world, J Balvin, takes fans on a journey with some of his greatest hits while also looking to the future with the over-the-top spectacle the J Balvin Futurum VR concert experience promises to be. In the trailer, viewers are treated to up-close and personal camera angles of Balvin singing his hits and showing off some dance moves along with robots and backup dancers.
