In a new post shared on her Instagram, Kim, 43, promoted the infamous fashion house, Balenciaga, as she recently attended the brand’s Paris Fashion Week show on March 3.
The Kardashians star gave fans a glimpse of herself getting ready for her red carpet appearance while posing for pics inside her glamorous hotel room.
Kim wore a full face of gothic makeup, and had her hair slicked back into a tight ponytail.
Adding to her severe, chic look, she wore a skintight black dress, with sheer lace draping over her curves.

Further into her photo dump, she shared snaps of herself at the show – including one with Hollywood actress Salma Hayek.
‘SHE LOOKS 6’5!’
In an online Reddit forum dedicated to the mega-famous family, fans called out Kim.
“Girl we know you don’t look like that,” one fan said.
Another said, “She made herself almost as tall as the door hinges in the first pic but in other pics couldn’t even bother lmao.”

On Wednesday, Kim shared more photos from her time in Paris – but sparked major concern.

In the snaps, the Skims mogul was dressed in head-to-toe couture from the controversial brand, including a massive leopard-print coat.
The TV personality accessorized with pointed-toe black booties, a long leather belt, and an oversized leather bag.
Kim’s hair was slicked back and she wore full glam makeup for the occasion.
As the mother of four exited her vehicle and made her way inside the building for the show, she hid her hands from cameras.
Once indoors, Kim posed for a variety of photos, donning a pair of eclectic black sunglasses to cover her eyes.
The Hulu star allowed her oversized jacket to hang off her shoulders, exposing her bare collarbone.
For one final picture, the California native opened the jacket to reveal she was wearing no shirt underneath.
Kim’s cleavage was on full display as she held tight onto her glasses to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.
But fans noticed something strange about the sultry image – the TV star’s pointer and middle fingers on her left hand were wrapped in bandages.
The KKW Beauty founder even sported a splint on one.
‘GIRL WHAT HAPPENED?’
Several of Kim’s followers took to the comments section where they demanded answers regarding her injury.
“What happened to your fingers?” one asked.
“Did you start a trend with the finger bandages??” a second joked.
“Real gooner sprain,” a third trolled.
“Kim are u ok ? What happened to ur finger ?” a fourth wondered.

For weeks, Kim was spotted wearing the bandages and has yet to reveal anything about her injury.
