VICTORIA Beckham stepped out on crutches last night after she broke her foot in a nasty gym accident.
The 49-year-old still managed to look very stylish – wearing one surgical boot and one chic flat shoe as she headed for dinner.

Last night doting husband David, 48, told fans what Victoria had done as he shared a picture of laid up with a boot on her foot.
He wrote: “Apparently my wife’s little accident in the gym was a clean break…”
Fashion designer Victoria had previously told fans she had hurt herself last week.
Posting a picture of her foot covered in a bag of ice, she wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to me… fell over in the gym!!!”
David couldn’t resist poking fun of her and commented on the post: “How big is your toe? Wow I never noticed that before.”
It’s not the first time heel-loving Victoria has injured her feet – back in 2018 she suffered a small stress fracture.
In the past Victoria has expressed her dislike for flat shoes, in particular ballet flats, saying: “I beyond hate ballerina flats.
“I can’t walk in them. Unless they’re on a ballet dancer doing ballet, I just don’t get it. I love heels. I hate my feet – they are the most disgusting thing about me.”
Back in 2011, Victoria was advised to give up her beloved six-inch heels as they were ruining her feet, but it was not until 2011 that she finally seemed to accept defeat.
Talking to The Telegraph, she revealed: “I just can’t do heels any more. At least not when I’m working. I travel a lot. Clothes have to be simple and comfortable.”
