Meghan Markle made a stylish statement at a high-profile business summit in the Hamptons on Saturday, pairing a chic cream linen suit with a significant nod to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Meghan Markle soft launched her American Riviera Orchard lifestyle brand earlier this year on Instagram and is understood to be in search of inspiration to take her brand to an enviable height.

The Duchess of Sussex stunned in a St. Agni formal piece on Saturday as she attended the G9 Ventures Summer Summit hosted by power broker Amy Griffin.

Meghan spared no expense for the exquisite look, rocking a £209 beige buttoned vest with matching trousers that cost £255.

According to the Daily Mail, she accessorized with her bedazzled jewelry collection, which includes Princess Diana’s £17,800 Cartier Gold Tank Française watch and her £5,800 Cartier Love Yellow Gold Bracelet.

She also threw in her Against Evil Eye Five Eye Diamond Pave Bracelet by famous jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, which cost £15,800 and features topaz and black and white diamonds.

Meghan’s jewelry collection also boasts of her £15,500 Cartier Justr Un Clou Necklace, which she layered with her £1,425 Imperial Disc Pendant Necklace from Ariel Gordon Jewellery.

The mother-of-two reportedly flew into town from Santa Barbara on a private jet with entrepreneur Jamie Kern Lima for the event.

She was pictured with fashion designer Misha Nonoo and make-up artist Bobbi Brown. Other A-list stars to grace the business summit include Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, and actress Laura Dern.

It appears that all Meghan had in mind when taking her seat among the business elite was the growth of her lifestyle brand.

Sources shared with the Daily Mail that she attended to pick up tips for her brand, which has struggled to generate enough buzz in recent times.

After announcing the launch of American Riviera Orchard in March this year, she proceeded to share several jam jars with her celebrity pals, who in turn took to social media to rave about it.

However, the duchess has withheld information about the brand and when potential customers would finally be able to purchase her array of offerings, which seemingly dampened the hype around the business venture and reportedly caused her emotional stress.

“Meghan was in tears when the brand launched and her new jam was widely mocked for being expensive and nothing special. She has reached the point now where she thinks that anything and everything she does will be unfairly criticized,” royal expert Tom Quinn told The Mirror at the time.

In a bid to reignite public interest in her brand, Meghan reportedly tried to secure King Charles’s endorsement despite their broken relationship over the years.

“Meghan is looking for support wherever she can get it,” a source told OK! Magazine. “Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are at the top of her list, but she is shooting even higher and would love to get King Charles to give his stamp of approval.”

“She wants Harry to reach out to anyone in the family that he’s still got access to,” the insider continued. “She still believes that there is a lot more support for them inside the royal family than people let on, and thinks it would be foolish not to ask for help.”

The source added, “Despite all the drama, Meghan does not see why they should not be able to drum up some support and backing.”

Months after launching her lifestyle brand, Buckingham Palace also announced that it will be offering tasty confections, especially strawberry-flavored jam.

The news allegedly angered the duchess as it appeared to be a move to rival her brand, but royal commentator Angela Levin shared in a conversation with GB News‘s Nana Akua that it wasn’t Charles’ intention to sidestep her.

“Meghan is very upset about her jam jars. King Charles brought out jam from his place and she supposedly felt he was taking it away from her,” Levin explained. “I don’t think he would dream to do that, to take it away from her. It’s not in his nature.”

Experts Say The Duchess Of Sussex’s Brand Could Earn Seven Figures

Ahead of her brand launch, reports suggest that Meghan could potentially earn a seven-figure sum within the first year.

PR expert Mayah Riaz, speaking to The Mirror, supports this, noting that the “exclusive” nature of the products—such as the jams, which have been sent to only 50 people—could drive high prices.

Riaz explained, “It has already been reported a single jam jar could cost three figures. I believe that is entirely likely from what we have seen so far. This is not rare for a celebrity brand.”

The PR expert continued: “Therefore, my estimation is that American Riveria Orchard in under a year could make Meghan seven figures. It is entirely possible for the brand to make multi-seven figures by the end of next year.”
