KIM Kardashian has shocked fans with her appearance at a glam event.
The Skims founder posed on the red carpet in Paris on Sunday, but fans were distracted by one major detail.

In the new pics, Kim, 43, stopped for photos at the Balenciaga Womenswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 during Paris Fashion Week.
The Hulu star wore a full face of gothic makeup, and had her hair slicked back into a tight ponytail.
Adding to her severe, chic look, she wore a skintight black Balenciaga dress, with sheer lace draping over her curves.
On Reddit, however, fans were less focused on Kim’s eye-catching gown, and more concerned about changes to her face.

“Love the look with the dress and the hair!! Just wish she wasn’t so stiff with her hands and jaw,” one fan wrote on a forum dedicated to the Kardashians.
“Yes the clenched jaw was the first thing I noticed. Is her jaw clenched?” asked another.
“I think it’s more likely some side effect of a procedure. Even if her jaw was clenched it shouldn’t have one little dimple at the bottom like that unless her fillers are masking the rest of the clenching,” a third social media user wrote.
“Maybe an implant? Shape looks different?” a fourth reality television fan theorized.

BILLIONAIRE BEAUTY
Alongside fan theories that surgery is behind Kim’s new look, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett agreed with the speculation and told The U.S. Sun he thought Kim may have spent up to $170,000 on surgery.
The doctor claimed that Kim had likely been under multiple different procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift, nose job, boob job, and liposuction.
Kim has denied any plastic surgery claims besides Botox, after she made a shocking revelation about her Botox use during a latter episode of The Kardashians Season 3.
The episode showed her gathering at Kris Jenner‘s home with her sisters Kourtney, 44, and Khloe, 39, for a singing lesson.
The vocal coach provided tips to the famous family, explaining, “I’m just talking on pitch. I’m not using my neck muscles. We have 425 muscles in the neck.”
“Half of mine are probably Botoxed,” Kim interjected, admitting to the cosmetic tweak for the first time.
BALENCIAGA BABE
Kim’s new photos came from a show by luxury fashion house Balenciaga, which was boycotted by many celebrity figures after its controversial campaigns featuring children back in late 2022.
At the time of the controversy surrounding Balenciaga, Kim, who repped the brand, released a statement claiming, “As a mother of four, I have been shaken by the disturbing images.
“The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society — period.”
“I appreciate Balenciaga’s removal of the campaigns and apology. In speaking with them, I believe they understand the seriousness of the issue and will take the necessary measures for this to never happen again,” she continued.
Despite the fact that Kim previously slammed Balenciaga, she glossed over her past words as she announced her partnership with the brand in January.
“Today, Balenciaga names Kim Kardashian as a new brand ambassador,” the fashion house revealed on Instagram, in a post shared by Kim.
