This festival is the first of two events in the UK this weekend that honors those who lost their lives in war and conflict. It includes personal stories, storytelling, and musical performances, all for an audience of Armed Forces families.
This year, the festival honored the World War II generation on the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings while also recognizing recent military milestones.
Middleton donned a stunning black dress, accessorizing it with elegant pearl drop earrings and a chic quilted Chanel handbag. Some sources are speculating that the earrings once belonged to Princess Diana.
The 42-year-old Princess of Wales seemed her old self, healthy and beaming alongside her husband, Prince William, also 42.

Of course, fans of the royal family gushed over Kate’s vibrant public appearance.
“Its nice to see the Princess if Wales looking so healthy and lovely,” one Middleton supporter wrote on X. “The Princess of Wales is looking so gorgeous!” another royal lover exclaimed. “She’s so classy and beautiful,’ a third fan added.
In attendance were King Charles, Prince Edward, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and Princess Anne, accompanied by her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. Notably, Queen Camilla, 77, was absent due to a chest infection.
The festival marks Middleton’s first official state event since announcing on September 9 that she completed chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
In March, the princess announced she had cancer in a video statement, addressing months of speculation about her absence. She had not been seen since undergoing major abdominal surgery in January, during which doctors discovered her illness.
Kate has not disclosed the specific type of cancer with which she has been diagnosed.
