Mill Valley Music Festival has unveiled the complete artist lineup for its third annual music and arts gathering, slated to take place from May 10 through 11 at Friends Field in Mill Valley, Calif. The two-day outdoor celebration will be headlined by four-time Grammy winner singer-songwriter and guitarist Gary Clark Jr. and disco tastemakers Nile Rodgers & Chic.
The Crosby Collective feat. Jason Crosby, hot off their January debut at San Francisco’s Fillmore, will offer their fused takes on rock classics. The six-piece psyche-soul outfit Monophonics also tops the list ahead of the West Africa musician Vieux Farka Touré and Jamaican DJ, singer, and innovator Sister Nancy.
Adding a layer of funk to the occasion is Ghost-Note. Thee Sinseers, the soul group known for its brass section, is also featured, as well as the festival return of Bay Area staple Elliott Peck (Midnight North) and fellow regional favorites Mission Delirium.
“In a community like ours, live music is so deeply ingrained in our day-to-day existence, from the buskers at the Depot to performances happening in venues throughout the 94941 year-round, we go to great lengths to curate a Mill Valley Music Fest lineup that resonates with a broad swath of the Bay Area and beyond,” said Jim Welte, executive director of the Mill Valley Chamber.
“We are delighted with this multi-talented, hyper-creative group of artists in 2025! More than anything, we can’t wait to gather together again and celebrate the wonders of Mill Valley and bask in the power of the arts. Unequivocally, you’re gonna love the heck out of these bands!”
The Mill Valley Music Festival began in 2022. Like its initial approach, it remains an annual two-day outdoor gathering produced by the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce and Noise Pop Industries.
