Even when he’s not trying, Dave Grohl always manages to find a way to work himself into the news.
In late June, he made headlines when he dubbed Foo Fighters‘ ongoing ‘Everything Or Nothing At All Tour,’ the ‘Errors Tour,’ a nod to Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour.’
“That’s because we play live,” Grohl joked.
Then, on July 3, the 55-year-old rocker suited up for Wimbledon and gave shockingly curt answers when a reporter asked who he thought would win at the annual tennis tourney.
Thankfully, Grohl will enter the news cycle again soon for the right reason when he begins doing what he does best again: rocking out with Foo Fighters on the road.
Starting July 15, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame group will kick off their 15-concert, North American summer trek with a pair of gigs at Flushing, NY’s Citi Field on Wednesday, July 17 and Friday, July 19.
Two days later, they’ll drop into Boston’s Fenway Park on Sunday, July 21.
And, if you want to see them live this summer, it isn’t too late to pick up last-minute tickets.

Soundside Music Festival 2024
To close the year, Grohl and the gang will plop into Bridgeport, CT’s Soundside Music Festival.
They’ll be joined by fellow big name headliners Noah Kahan, Goo Goo Dolls, Norah Jones, Fleet Foxes and Teddy Swims at the two-day extravaganza taking place Sept. 28-29.

Based on records on Set List FM, Foo Fighters refuse to phone it in when they headline.
At each and every festival the group played in 2022, they performed at least 19 songs.
In addition to the sing-along hits you know and love, the band also mixes in covers from groups like Tom Petty, Queen and Jane’s Addiction.

Foo Fighters new music
In June 2023, Foo Fighters dropped their 11th studio album “But Here We Are.”
Made up of ten hard rocking tracks spanning a little over 48 minutes, the album is quintessential, classic Foo.
Any track could easily serve as the lead single but we’re partial to the ultra-catchy “Hearing Voices” and The Black Keys-esque “Nothing At All.”
Don’t miss the ten-minute jam “The Teacher” or the fuzzed-out ballad “Rest” either. This record really is all killer, no filler.
