Starting Wednesday, Sept. 25, Michael Kiwanuka and Brittany Howard are stepping out on their 16-concert co-headlining tour that will send them to theaters, parks, ballrooms, botanical gardens, pavilions and amphitheaters all over North America.
Early in the run, the soulful pair will make back-to-back stops in New York.
First, they’re scheduled to perform at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre on Wednesday, Oct. 2. The following night, Thursday, Oct. 3, Kiwanuka and Howard share headlining duties at New York City’s Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage.
The duo will be joined by special guest multi-instrumentalist Yasmin Williams at all shows.
“I can’t wait to see you America,” Kiwanuka shared on Instagram. “It’s been so long and I’ve missed playing for you. I’m counting down the days.”
As of now, tickets are available to catch the “Big Little Lies” theme song vocalist (that’s Kiwanuka, of course) and the Alabama Shakes frontwoman live at all shows.
Based on our findings, prices are going for as low as $32 before fees on Vivid Seats for any one concert at the time of publication.
Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $38 to $105 before fees.

Michael Kiwanuka new music
On July 10, the 37-year-old crooner dropped “Floating Parade,” his first single in two years.
The 3:49 track is a return to the ethereal, otherworldly, indefinable sound Kiwanuka is known for — it’s chill and haunting all at once.

Brittany Howard new music
The roots-y garage rocker released her second solo studio album “What Now” in February 2024.
Over the first few songs, Howard takes listeners on a space-y, trippy ride that is equal parts soul and psychedelia. Perhaps the dusty record’s most surprising attribute is that it hit shelves this year and not in 1967.
Then, we move to the modern era as she embraces more modern production — Howard never fails to zag when you expect her to zig.
