Sammy Hagar has announced a 2025 Las Vegas residency with his “Best of All Worlds” all-star band, featuring guitarist Joe Satriani, bassist Michael Anthony, and drummer Kenny Aronoff.
The residency is set for April 30th through May 17th and encompasses nine shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM. Specific dates include April 30th, May 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 9th, 10th, 14th, 16th, and 17th.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale begins Wednesday (November 20th) at 10 a.m. PT using the code BEATS. General ticket sales start Friday (November 22nd) at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster.
The residency will be an extension of Hagar’s “Best of All Worlds” summer tour, which saw the Red Rocker performing hits from Van Halen’s catalog as well as his own solo career and prior bands (Montrose, Chickenfoot, etc.).
Hagar will once again be backed by Anthony on bass and Satriani on guitar. Meanwhile, Aronoff will be behind the kit, having recently replaced the tour’s original drummer, Jason Bonham.
“I’m so looking forward to this residency and being able to stay in one place so we can get the sound and production completely dialed in,” said Hagar in a press release. “It also allows the band to experiment with the setlist every night – that’s why it’s going to be exclusive to Las Vegas. Instead of traveling all day on tour when there’s no time to rehearse and make changes. I plan on digging deeper into the Van Halen catalog, and my solo career, Montrose and Chickenfoot, as well. The fans are in for a lot of surprises.”
To celebrate the announcement, Hagar and Anthony are set to perform during the halftime show of the upcoming Las Vegas Raiders game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday (November 24th) at Allegiant Stadium. Per Hagar’s press release, the performance will feature a tribute to US military personnel, featuring “a special surprise to honor their bravery and service.”
