On Zillow, his mega-mansion is worth nearly $6 million, capped at $5,845,300.
According to the house-hunting website, the star’s home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Dave purchased the Encino mansion in 2019 which has a beautiful view of the Los Angeles skyline.
Inside, the rocker was sure to add his personality to the decorations and renovations.
It has a large living room along with a fireplace, music memorabilia on the walls, marble countertops in the state-of-the-art kitchen, and a soundproof recording studio.
In the backyard, Dave has his own inground pool, basketball court, and a tiny mini-golf course.
Fans got a clear view of stunning greenery, countless amenities, and red roofing in the aerial pics.

On September 10, Dave shocked the world with his bombshell affair confession.
He began, “I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage.
“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.
“We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together,” he concluded.

Dave married Jordyn in 2003 and they share three children.
They welcomed their first daughter, Violet Maye, in 2006.
In 2009, they welcomed their second daughter, Harper Willow.
