Alabama has revealed she’s on weight loss meds – after cruel trolls targeted her appearance online.
The 19-year-old opened up in a candid chat, admitting she turned to medication after relentless body-shaming from keyboard warriors.
“I’m on weight loss medication because I’m tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre,” Alabama said in a ‘get ready with me’ video shared by fans.
She added: “I have this thing where I photograph so ugly, and people are like, ‘Oh my God, you’re so fat and you’re so ugly.’”
But the teen influencer insisted the brutal comments don’t reflect reality, saying: “I see what you guys are seeing – but just meet me in person. I feel like I really don’t look like that.”
Alabama didn’t name the medication she’s taking, but her mum Shanna Moakler has previously admitted using Mounjaro – a diabetes drug also known for aiding weight loss – after losing both her parents last year.
Alabama was rushed to hospital after abruptly quitting vaping a late last year.
She was said to have made the decision to give up the habit to pursue a rap music career.
Insiders told TMZ Alabama was hospitalised after feeling “panicked and unwell one day while all alone” and dialling 911.
According to the publication her symptoms were put down to nicotine withdrawal after Alabama quit so suddenly.
The wannabe music-artist appears to be taking her new career venture seriously.
Her bold look comes after weeks of cryptic posts hinting at a “new era,” with fans speculating about everything from a style revamp to potential music drops.
