RYAN Seacrest has stunned fans with his healthy appearance after his split with ex-girlfriend Aubrey Paige.
The American Idol host shared his visit to the Erewhon market in Los Angeles.

In his Instagram post, Ryan, 29, donned an all-black ensemble while walking around the supermarket chain.
His matching shades hung from the collar of his shirt.
The host flashed a huge smile as he carried a basket full of bread, peanut butter jars, and a cup of yogurt.
On the other hand, he showed off the two bottles of Health-Ade Kombucha tea.
Ryan covered his head with a casual cap with the brim bent.
“Feeling bubbly,” he captioned the post.
