THE REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky has been seen in yet another hot and heavy makeout amid his split from longtime wife Kyle Richards – and this time, it was in front of her friends.
Mauricio and Kyle shocked the Bravo-verse when they announced their separation in October 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

Kyle, 56, has been linked to country singer Morgan Wade, 30, while Mauricio, 54, has been spotted with a string of beautiful, often younger dates, which has shocked his estranged wife and her friends.
Now, The U.S. Sun can reveal Mauricio has been back out on the town and was seen with two women on Saturday, March 8, at the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood.
An eyewitness said two of Kyle’s Real Housewives co-stars, Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne, even came out of the bathroom during his cozy midnight meetup.
“Mau was at the Chateau with two women, but he appeared more interested in one of them,” they said.

“They had someone bringing drinks to their table, they had sparkling and still water.
“It was about 12 am and they were starting to close up the bar.
“Lisa and Erika came out of the bathroom and walked past him which was awkward and people noticed.
“I’m pretty sure they saw him because the bathroom is directly opposite the table he was sitting at and it’s a tiny room, they would be looking straight towards him coming out.
She seemed interested and they were leaning into the kiss.”

“I don’t think he saw them, and they didn’t go over to speak to him.
“One of the girls then left and he was making out with his date who was sitting next to him.
“Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up.
“She seemed interested and they were leaning into the kiss but it still seemed more casual than serious.”
Kyle and her castmates were previously left stunned when they saw photos just a few weeks ago of Mauricio locking lips with a blonde acquaintance at an airport in Mykonos last summer.
Dorit Kemsley thought it was disrespectful for the real estate company founder to be so public with his PDA.
“Oh my God, it made me feel sick. Mau could exercise a little bit more discretion out of respect for his relationship with Kyle and his children,” she said on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show.
“Yes, you are free to do what you like, but you know full well that it garners attention.”
Kyle also broke her silence over the photos, saying, “The idea that we’re talking about these pictures of Mau that come up and these people that are fleeting is annoying.
“But, this is what happens when, you know, you’re in this group and we’re in the public eye.
“So, yes, these pictures came out, and no, I wasn’t crying about it like some of the rumors had said I was. It’s weird to see, of course it was. That was my husband, technically, I mean, still is. It’s weird to see.”

In a recent episode in Series 15 of the Bravo show, Mauricio and Kyle come face to face and he addressed the flirty photos.
“It was an awkward trip because it was the first time I ever [went] without, you know, the family,” Mauricio said.
“I wanted to do that. And I wanted to be alone. And take advantage of, you know, seeing what that looks like. And just be — run around, and make decisions last minute.”
“Obviously, in Mykonos, I got photographed, you know, at the airport.”
He told Kyle, “You know that I would never want to do anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids. I really am sorry for hurting you. I would never want to hurt you on purpose.”
Since the photographs emerged in July 2024, he’s been seen with other women, including model Klaudia K. on a date in Aspen, Colorado, in December.
They were photographed locking lips and laughing as they held each other’s arms following a sushi dinner, according to TMZ.
He was also previously linked to his Dancing With The Stars partner, Emma Slater, as the pair were seen holding hands.
But it seems Mauricio is not sticking with just one lady at the moment and keeping his options open as he’s become an eligible bachelor in Hollywood.
Kyle and her ex are still close and regularly go on family outings.
They share three daughters, Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17.
Kyle also has a 36-year-old daughter, Farrah, with her first husband, Guraish Adjufrie.
In a recent chat with the Hollywood Reporter, Kyle again spoke about seeing her legal spouse with other women as they are yet to file for divorce but say they will not reconcile.
“Obviously, it’s strange to see his personal life played out all the time. Photos of him walking down the street [with other women],” she said.
“But while it may be strange, we’re not together like that, so it is what it is.”
Asked why they are not yet divorcing, she said, “Our relationship right now is that we’re family. We’re friends. We’re great co-parents.
“I think we’re both just kind of nervous and afraid of this next chapter so we’ve probably avoided it, honestly.”
