THERESA Caputo has stripped back her usual glam for a rare, unedited shot.
The Long Island Medium star reposted an image of herself on her Instagram Stories on Friday.

In the post, Theresa, 56, posed with a beautician while at the salon.
The TLC alum smiled widely as she and the technician both wrapped an arm around each other, with their free hands resting on their hips.
In contrast to her usual bold looks, Theresa went completely makeup-free for the shot, showing off her natural skin.
While her skin was bare, however, the reality television personality still flaunted long, manicured nails and a tall beehive in her bleached blond hair.

Theresa kept her look casual in a black tank top paired with tiny denim shorts, showing off her toned arms and legs.
Finishing her look, Theresa added a bit of jewelry and put her tattoos on display in a pair of leather Prada sliders.
On the post, the salon wrote, “You might see a familiar face on @theresacaputo new show Raising Spirits tonight! So excited to watch this episode!”
Theresa’s new series, Theresa Caputo: Raising Spirits, premiered on Lifetime last month, documenting the medium’s personal life and professional life communicating with the dead.

She previously shared how excited she was to work with Lifetime after spending eight years on TLC with her original series, Long Island Medium.
“Lifetime is a place where women tell their stories, and boy do I have stories,” Theresa laughed.
HAIR WE GO
Theresa’s hair looked slightly less voluminous in her new pic, after she opened up about why she chose the style.
On Tuesday’s episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, she shared that she visited her hairdresser while grieving the death of her grandmother and made the impulsive decision to cut off her formerly long locks.
“My grandmother had passed away, and I was having a really bad day, and I had just gotten a keratin, and I went back to have my hair trimmed, and I just sat in the chair and cried and cried, and I just said to her, ‘Just cut it, cut it. It’s not the right length.’
“That’s how I ended up with my short hair,” Theresa recalled.
Host Amanda Hirsch then asked Theresa how her hair evolved to the sky-high ‘do she wears now, and the star provided a surprising answer.
“I just wanted to let my hair grow again, and I just don’t like my hair in my face. Then I constantly put my hands through there, and then my nails will get stuck in my hair, and if I have food. So I just like my hair off my face,” she explained.
‘RIDICULOUS’
Theresa’s in recent weeks is still sky-high, but not as wild as it has been in the past.
For months, fans have begged the star to change her hair after noticing it growing in height.
In late 2022, Theresa posted a pic in a sparkly, figure-hugging lime green dress. Unfortunately, critics jumped to the comments section and mocked her voluminous hairstyle.
One person said, “Beautiful family! Lower the hair though! Takes away from your pretty face.”
“The hair,” said a second, along with rolling eyes emojis.
“That mile-high hair though is ridiculous,” added a third.
“That hair is almost impossible now,” another social media user blasted.
