BEN Affleck has debuted a drastic appearance change in candid new photos.
The film star was captured in Los Angeles on Thursday, and looked very different with his new style.
In the photos, Ben, 51, was seen starting filming for The Accountant 2.
The movie is a sequel to the 2016 original, which saw Ben in the starring role as money-laundering accountant Christian Wolff.
Getting into character for the job, Ben ditched his famous facial hair completely.
Whereas the California native favors a generous amount of scruff in his own life, he went fully shaven as he got back into Christian’s shoes.
Paired with his changed facial hair, Ben opted for a more colorful outfit than his usual casual streetwear.
The Gone Girl star wore a purple tee, layered with a green shirt and a burgundy sherpa-lined jacket.
He finished the look with chinos and bold Nike sneakers, and cradled a basketball in one hand.
LUCKY IN LOVE
Aside from his acting props, Ben is also known for his high-profile relationship with Jennifer Lopez, 54.
The duo worked together in the romcom Gigli, and started seeing each other romantically in 2002.
Jennifer divorced her then-husband Cris Judd that June, and Ben quickly proposed in November 2002.
The couple broke off their engagement in 2004, but got back together in 2022 after J.Lo split up with Alex Rodriguez.
Just months later in August, the lovebirds got married in a luxurious $1 million ceremony.
Speaking about the reunion, Jen said, “We’re totally different people now and we’re the same and we have the same love 100 percent.
“Like I’d never fallen out of love with you. I had to just put it over here.”

BASHFUL BEN
Jennifer gave a rare insight into her relationship and Ben’s character in her documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
The pop music star ditched her usual glam in one scene, and laid herself bare as she revealed, “What he said and what he saw in me, and what he made me believe about myself, only comes from love. Because nobody else could have made me see that about myself. It’s very moving.
“Because I didn’t think much about myself and so the world didn’t think much of me. That lined up.”
Speaking of the tell-all television spot, J.Lo admitted, “I don’t think [Ben] is very comfortable with me doing all of this.
“But he loves me, he knows I’m an artist, and he’s gonna support me in every way he can because he knows you can’t stop me from making the music I made… he doesn’t want to stop me. But that doesn’t mean he’s comfortable being the muse.”
