Jennifer Aniston has been an A-List celeb since the ’90s when we all fell in love with her character, Rachel Green, on Friends. The actress also dominated the big screen in some of our favorite films, including Bruce Almighty, The Break-Up, Rumor Has It, The Switch, Just Go With It, and Marley & Me. Aniston is currently starring in the Apple TV+ series The Morning Show, alongside Reese Witherspoon.
In January, Jennifer Aniston did an interview with Women’s Health where she opened up about her fitness and wellness secrets. A few key workout habits keep her feeling stronger than when she was in her 20s.
She’s Consistent
Aniston is consistent with her workouts, making exercise a key part of her lifestyle. She shared with Women’s Health, “One thing I’m really proud of in my fitness journey is that I’m still doing it. I just feel strong. I feel stronger than I was in my 20s, that’s for sure.”

She Exercises In The Morning
Aniston prefers to get her workouts done first thing each day, dubbing herself a true “morning workout person.”
“I always can get something in no matter what, even if it’s just to get my heart moving. I am absolutely a morning workout person,” she told the outlet. “I don’t understand and am very impressed with anyone who can finish a day of work and then go work out.”

She Doesn’t Push Herself Too Hard
Another key to Aniston’s strong and sculpted physique? She’s a firm believer in not overdoing things in her workouts. The celeb listens to her body and tweaks her fitness routine to match how she feels.
“If your body doesn’t feel good that day, sometimes you have to say, ‘I need to sit this one out.’ [Sometimes] we’re just going to do some floor work and mobility and stretching,” Aniston said.

She Does Pvolve
Aniston is a major fan of a popular workout program called Pvolve. In fact, she began as a member and then partnered up with the brand in 2023.
According to Pvolve’s website, the P.ball, P.band, and P.3 Trainer are a few of Aniston’s fitness equipment staples. The celeb does Pvolve weight training to boost full-body strength, along with cardio and mobility work.
“I’ve seen more transformation in my body from Pvolve workouts than I have with anything else,” Aniston told Women’s Health.
