Punk Rock Factory‘s latest album, ‘All Hands On Deck’, looks set to becoming their highest charting release yet.
The 90s themed collection is currently at No.6 in the midweek UK album chart. The final chart will be announced this Friday (February 21) and could see the band score their first ever top 10 record.
On the news, vocalist and guitarist Peej Edwards says, “This is absolutely blowing our minds! To see our name up there in the charts alongside some of the biggest names in the business isn’t something we imagined was possible when we started this back in 2015. We are eternally grateful for all the support from our incredible fans!”
Featuring pop punk covers of tracks by S Club 7, Backstreet Boys, Will Smith, Take That and more, you can order your copy of the album here.
On the decision to cover classic songs from the 1990s, drummer Andrew ‘Kob’ Robinson recently told us “We just love making music. We get in the studio, make a cover, and it feels good, then we go and do another one, and before you know it, we’re making a whole album. And we’ve always wanted to do the 90s. It was such a part of our childhoods, and as much as we listened to rock growing up, those guilty pleasures always stick with you. It’s always been on the back-burner, so it was class to finally do it properly.”
