Olivia Rodrigo had Bogotá in the palm of her hand at the Estéreo Picnic Festival, held at Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar on March 27-30, 2025. Even with the rain trying to play spoiler, the GUTS star proved nothing could dampen the night, not when she had a packed crowd screaming every lyric back at her.

Rodrigo delivered a standout set, but one moment had the audience completely locked in. If you’ve seen her live before, you might’ve guessed it was during her song “Bad Idea, Right?” The tune, which plays out like a chaotic inner monologue debating rekindling an old flame, took on a whole new level of engagement in Bogotá.

Just as she did in Brazil and the U.S., Olivia Rodrigo asked the crowd for total silence before she hit the lyric: “Now I’m gettin’ in the car, wreckin’ all my plans I know I should stop.” Bogotá fans understood the assignment.

The entire festival ground went dead silent before losing their minds when she sang, “But I can’t.” The reaction was so perfect that even Olivia paused and soaked in the magic.

Olivia Rodrigo’s Unforgettable Night at Estéreo Picnic

Kicking off her set with “Obsessed,” Rodrigo set the tone for an electrifying night. Fans jumped, screamed, and sang along with every word, feeding off her energy.

“This crowd seems like they really want to have a great night… This is my first time in Colombia, and I’m so happy to be here. This morning, I got to see your beautiful city,” she told the crowd, earning cheers.

Throughout her set, she showcased her powerful vocals and proved she’s got the full package, singing, playing guitar, and commanding the massive stage like a seasoned pro.

And the setlist? Packed with anthems, fans were dying to scream-sing in person, including “Brutal,” “Good 4 U,” and “Teenage Dream.”

Other Must-See Moments From Estéreo Picnic

Olivia wasn’t the only big name to shake up Bogotá that weekend. The festival’s lineup was stacked, with top-tier performances from Shawn Mendes, Justin Timberlake, and Mon Laferte.

One of the festival’s most visually stunning sets came from Empire of the Sun, closing out Estéreo Picnic in their signature dreamlike style. With elaborate costumes, mesmerizing visuals, and a full-on fantasy world built onstage, their performance transported the audience to another dimension.

Olivia Rodrigo’s first time in Colombia was epic. From the rain-soaked but unstoppable energy of the crowd to that perfectly executed “Bad Idea Right?” moment, it’s safe to say she left Estéreo Picnic with a whole new army of fans. Bogotá showed up for her, and she gave them a performance they won’t forget anytime soon.
