CHUCK Norris has left his fans in awe, with some even in disbelief, after he lifted 540 pounds in the gym.
The 84-year-old martial artist and actor, known for Texas, Walker Ranger, whose real name is Carlos Ray Norris, is a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo.
After serving in the United States Air Force, the famous martial artist won many martial arts championships and later founded his own discipline, Chun Kuk Do.
And now, at 84 years of age, Chuck isn’t slowing down, with one fan even branding him a “living legend.”
Heading to the gym whenever he can, Chuck lifts weights and leaves his fans in awe of his stamina despite nearing 90.

“Rumor has it when I finish my workout, the weights have to take a break, haha,” he wrote in the caption.
Chuck went on, “All kidding aside, I hope you all had a great summer and continue to have a wonderful rest of your year.”
He then signed off with, “God Bless, Chuck Norris.”
In the video, Chuck wore some black trousers and a gray top, concentrating on lifting as he looked into the distance.
“Hi son,” he said as the video began, with his son walking over to him as he filmed, saying, “Hi dad, what are you doing?”
Chuck replied, “Just warming up,” with his son responding, “Oh, I see that, ah well, you have fun.”
The martial artist then replied, “Sure will,” not looking at his son once and concentrating completely on his workout.

Fans were taken aback by Chuck’s incredible workout, with one person commenting in disbelief, “This dude is 84.”
Someone else added, “Chuck Norris can dogde the wind.”
