BACHELOR star Madi Prewett has sold her Texas mansion for over $1.1 million as she gets closer to the delivery date of her first child with husband Grant Troutt, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The mama-to-be is ringing in 2025 with some fresh changes as she and her husband-of-two-years leave their Waco, Texas home for a new chapter in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to real estate records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Madi, 28, and her husband Grant officially sold their home on December 11, 2024.
The pair scored $1.125 million for the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Tudor-style house – which was their very first home as a married couple.
The move comes as a surprise after The Bachelor alum closely documented her personally designing every detail of the 4,738 square-foot abode.
Madi worked with Tennessee-based 31 Chapters Interior to design the estate with her own flair.

According to the interior designers, Madi had a specific vision for the estate – which pictures shown was elegantly brought to life.
“She wanted a black, white, and accent gold color palette with luxury finishes.
“They both wanted to create a sanctuary space that was filled with scripture and beautiful pieces.
“Madi worked directly with the designers at 31 Chapters picking out all of her furniture and accessory items to make their house feel like home. They love it!”

The two-story home is on a corner lot in a coveted suburb of Waco, TX.
The kitchen is equipped with Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and boasts double ovens, a gas range, a walk-in pantry, a butler’s pantry, and two distinct dining areas.
Sliding doors give the space an indoor/outdoor feel as it opens to a covered patio with a gas fireplace and a massive grass lawn.
The primary suite offers a built-in wet bar and an expansive walk-in closet with endless rays of natural light.
In addition to the five bedrooms, there is also space for two home offices as well as a three-car garage.
Madi and Grant purchased the property shortly after getting married in late 2022.
While it seemed like a forever home, Madi revealed in an Instagram video in September 2024 that she and Grant were moving to Nashville.
However, it is not yet clear where exactly in Music City the couple has moved to.

They made the announcement just two weeks after revealing Madi, who is originally from Alabama, is pregnant with the couple’s first child.
It seems the move was the right choice as in October, a pregnant Madi shared a collage of photos enjoying their new home and new city.
“Tennessee, you already feel like home,” she captioned the post.
Back in March 2023, Madi gave her followers a glimpse into the interior of her stunning new living space with her official Waco home reveal.

A concrete square pathway leads up to the beautiful white-painted house with an array of black-rimmed windows to provide lots of natural light.
“We asked our home designers 31 Chapters to come out to Waco to collaborate on our new home,” Madi said in the video.
She then can be seen entering the front doors for the first time since the remodel – with her jaw on the floor over excitement for how the space looks.
“Oh… oh my gosh!” a stunned Madi exclaims as she takes in the design.
