AN 18-YEAR-OLD has blown people’s minds after revealing that her dad was born in 1915.
Ruth shared that her father had been 90 when she was conceived, and died shortly after her birth.

Taking to TikTok she said that many people think that she is lying about her father’s age, or assume she must have birth defects because of how old she was when she was born.
Ruth explained that her mother was born in 1963, 48 years after her father was born.
“I know it’s really hard for your pea brains to understand”, she said to the people who don’t believe her story.
“But unconventional relationships exist”.
She then likened her parents to Jay and Gloria from Modern Family, who have a 27-year-age-gap, but explained that her parents are “better”.
Ruth said that her mum and dad met in Spain as her dad is Spanish.
She said that they spent 10 years together and got married, before having her brother, and then her.
“I think they used my dad’s sperm he froze before”, she said, explaining how she and her brother were conceived using IVF.
Unlike women who go through the menopause around their 50s, men never stop producing sperm, so can father children well into their twilight years.
However, as men age, their sperm quality declines, so some men decide to freeze their healthy sperm when they are younger so that they can have children at a later date.
Ruth insisted that her mother didn’t marry her father for his money, as she was already a trained lawyer when they met.
She added that her father “made sure his family was taken care of” after his death, but reiterated the fact that her mum and dad’s marriage was never about money.
Ruth’s video, which was posted under the username @sl0thlover1, has likely left many in shock, as it has racked up over three million views on the video-sharing platform.
